Mark and Ellen’s last days in Ecuador were spent in Quito. We visited the old town, toured my mom’s shop – Olga Fisch, ate at my grandma’s and toured my aunt and uncle’s – Jorge and Marga’s house. In conclusion, the last couple of days were very busy and fun. Yesterday, Ellen and Mark left for Wisconsin and Jax and I quickly picked up our work agenda and started cranking away. We are only weeks away from launching a new business, so there is lots to do. We admit we have not been getting lots of exercise lately, so next week we may move from the cold city of Quito, to the Manabi province in the coast, where we hopefully can find nice waves for evening surfing.
To Ellen and Mark – hope the trip home was easy. We had a great time with you here and everyone was sad to see you go. Love you lots! PS we forgot to send your Christmas gift back with you.
